- After you placing an order and us receiving payment for your order, we will confirm all orders via email with the exact shipping day for your order.
- For Jewellery - shipping out the same day is possible, or not over 7 working days, it depends on how busy we are as all Jewellery is Handmade to order.
- For Beads (Components Only) if you place an order before 12 noon Monday - Friday or before 9am on and Saturday, Your order will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received after the above times will be shipped out the next day
- Special Delivery Guaranteed Next working Day not including Weekends and Bank Holidays, is available for orders placed before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday ( Orders on Friday are not Guaranteed for Next Day, but normally 80% will arrive on the Saturday, Royal Mail Guarantee for the Monday)
