Q: Why I cannot use paypal. When I tried to pay via PayPal, I was not able to enter an address in the United Kingdom?

Paypal needs you to enter the address of where the Credit Card is registered, for them to be able to complete the security checks on the Credit Card, ie, the address where the statements are sent to.
