**** Returns Policy ****
You can return the jewellery, Beads or crystal components and we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge. Upon receiving your jewellery, beads or crystal components, if you are not satisfied, or the jewellery did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange the jewellery, Beads, Crystals or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order.
When you take delivery please check all your items immediately, If the jewellery, beads or crystal components arrive damaged...or you receive faulty, incorrect goods, then you please contact us on the same day that you take delivery of your goods, so we can be able to make a claim for a refund or replacements.
If you do not contact us within 7 days of you receiving your order about any damaged items, this breaks our terms as laid out in the Crystal Beads - Jewellery Shop Returns Policy, this will mean we are not obliged to offer any compensation, money or goods, and cannot be held accountable.
IMPORTANT:
To return or exchange any jewellery, beads or crystal components to us, you must first please contact us immediately via Email (Click Here) Please do not return items without our agreement and instructions from us.
Return Items
- For beads or crystal components.
To receive a full refund for beads or crystal components must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of you receiving your order and return them to us with a copy of your invoice.
- For Jewellery
To receive a full refund for jeweller must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of you receiving your order and return them to us with a copy of your invoice. We are unable to accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you have bought earrings with a set then the set also cannot be returned.
** Please Note : All Bespoke/Custom made orders (Personal Requests) Refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock as its custom made to suit your requirements.
Custom Made Means : Any item where the colours of the Crystals Pearls Seed beads etc have been changed from what is shown on the website, this also includes where the Size has been changed at your request, smaller or bigger.
Exchange Items
**Any items sent back for exchange (except faulty, incorrect goods), There will be a charge for the postage for the re-delivery of your items as per our shipping rates**
Please note : We will not exchange or give a refund, if the packet (sealed plastic bag or Swarovski factory packets) which contains crystals has been opened or damaged in transit back to us, so please check your items before opening and if you are unsure please contact us. (Click Here)
How To Send Items Back :
- For beads or crystal components.
We suggest that if the items that you need to send back & the value is not over £36 please send back by Recorded delivery, if the value of beads or crystal components order is more than £36 please send back via Royal Mails Special Delivery service as the items will then be insured should they get lost or damaged , and you will also have proof of posting, please be aware that we cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel.
When you return the items to us, please use bubble wrap for all crystals and beads to avoid any damage from transit. If they are in perfect condition we will then credit your account within 2 working days.
- For Jewellery
We suggest that you , please send back all jewellery via Royal Mails Special Delivery Service as Jewellery will not be insured with Recorded Delivery, so the items will then be insured should they get lost or damaged and you will also have proof of posting, please be aware that we cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel.
When you return the jewellery to us, please make sure that jewellery had been pack well to avoid any damage from transit. If they are in perfect condition we will then credit your account within 2 working days.
- Refund
If you paid via Nochex, we will refund your money back in to Nochex, If you paid via Paypal, we will refund your money back in to Paypal.
If you pay by Cheque or bank transfer,we will refund by cheque, which can take up to 7 days.
If the jewellery, beads or crystal components are damaged when on their returned to us, this means no refund will be given or offered.
