By using this website, you are agreeing that your access to and use of this website are subject to the terms and conditions. This website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies which may not be complete or current. sparkly2design.co.uk therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to modify or update information or prices at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to pricing and availability. While we endeavour to make sure that all prices on our website are correct, errors may occasionally occur. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

The pictures of the colours of the goods such as crystals, pearls, components shown on this website are to be used as a reference guide only, as variations in computers, monitors, printers and internet browsers, combined with the difficulty in photographing the Crystals, Pearls etc., we cannot guarantee that the colours in the pictures will look exactly the same as the actual colours of the real crystals or pearls you will receive, as there are always variations in the colours, from size to shape the colour for one size can look very different to the next size up, also when they are being made and going through production this is not 100% consistent and there can be different variations in colour from batch to batch.

Whilst we have tried our best to make them as true colours as possible if you are unsure about colours, we suggest that you purchase some sample beads so you can be sure of your colour choice.

All prices stated on the website are in Pounds Sterling and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Lead Times.

 

Delivery Details 

 - For Rhinestone Components - If you place an order before 2pm Monday - Friday, Your order will be processed and dispatched the same day (Subject to stock). Orders received after the above times will be shipped out the next day, if it is Weekend or bank holiday, this means we will ship out on Monday or the next working day after a Bank Holiday when we are back to service.

 - For Custom / Personalised order  - shipping out the same day is possible, or not over 5 working days, if goods is made to order.

We will confirm all orders via email with the exact dispatch day for your order. If you have placed an order but did not receive an email from us confirming dispatch of your order within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us immediately. 

Backorder : If the items that you have ordered is not be in stock on the day that you have placed an order, we will send the other items that are currently in stock out first and inform you the day that we expect the item will be in stock during the next 7 - 10 days, in this case we not charge for extra post cost, however if you unable to wait a refund will be offer.

Please be aware that we only send out back-ordered items by recorded delivery not special delivery,  if you wish us to send by Special delivery, we will need £3.49 additional for this service (Applys for UK orders only)

 

For UK customers, we send out via Royal Mail or courier.

Standard delivery via Royal Mail and Courier will take 2 - 4 working days to arrive. Cost starts at £1.25. this will require a signature.

However, If you are not in a card will be left to say where your parcel can be collected from, or if you have a safe place or want them to leave with your neighbour please advise. We are unable to do anything about delays or missing packages until 15 working days has elapsed, this is not our policy but Royal Mails, they will not look for or process any claims until 15 working days has passed from the date of posting.

Special Delivery Guaranteed Next working Day, will require a signature. Cost starts at £7.


Express Next working Day (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next working Day by 1 PM) not including Weekends and Bank Holidays, is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday (Orders on Friday are not Guaranteed for Next Day, but normally 80% will arrive on the Saturday, Royal Mail Guarantee for the Monday) For orders weighing over 2kg will be sent via next day delivery by courier service and will require a signature. If with courier Next Day is delivered before close of business.

Express Saturday Guaranteed Cost starts at £9.45.


Express Saturday Guaranteed (Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed delivery is only available for order on Friday before 1PM) For orders weighing over 2kg, these will be sent via next day delivery by courier service, it's not Guaranteed for Saturday Delivery (guaranteed for Monday) and will require a signature.

 

Countries within Europe, we send out via Royal Mail or courier.

For Ireland will take 2 - 5 working days to arrive, Cost starts at £8.00. This will require a signature.

For orders weighing over 1kg, we will require additional post cost and the parcel will require a signature.

For Europe (Within EU) will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive, Cost starts at £8.20. This will require a signature.

For orders weighing over 1kg, we will require additional post cost and the parcel will require a signature.

For Europe (outside EU) will take 3 - 7 working days to arrive, Cost starts at £8.20. This will require a signature.

For orders weighing over 1kg, we will require additional post cost and the parcel will require a signature.

 

International, USA, Canada & the Rest of the World, we send out via Royal Mail or courier.

For international will take 1 - 4 weeks to arrive, Cost starts at £9.95  No VAT. This will require a signature.

For USA, Canada, Asia and the rest of the world will take 1 - 4 weeks to arrive normally, if the parcel has not been held at customs it will arrive within 7 working days. For orders weighing over 500g, we will require additional post costs, and the parcel will require a signature.

** Orders from outside the UK and EU VAT charge will be removed after selecting shipping worldwide. For customers outside the EU may be charged import duty depending on rate of your country and the value of your order, we are not responsible for customs duties.**

 

The customers is responsible to arrange for collection or re-delivery. Any parcels not collected and returned to us will be sent out again, but a postage charge for re-delivery will apply and must be paid before the parcel is resent. However, if you do not wish to have the goods sent out to you again we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping costs, a restocking fee of £3.00 will also apply.

If you do not receive the expected package within 30 days of dispatch, please notify us for any claim to be valid. We will not be responsible for any claims for lost or non delivery, which have not been notified to us within 30 days of the date that we have dispatched your order.

If your order has not arrived, we can despatch your order out again before 15 working days but we require payment to be paid for that order again and it must be paid before the parcel is resent.  If you have pay for the order again and if after 15 working days your first order still has not arrived then we will refund your first order and claim against the Royal Mail.  If you first order arrives after 15 working days and replacement order has been dispatch then you can return either of the orders for a refund (Please read our returns policy) Please note : That we are unable to resend order again if it has not been confirm from Royal mail (After 15 working days) that it has been lost, unless it has been paid for the order. If you require the goods urgent we suggest you select the special delivery next day.

 

STOCK Availability for Beads And Crystals. 

All items listed in our store will be in stock on occasions however, it’s possible that an item ordered by customer will be either out of stock or not available in the quantity required. In that event we usually send the quantity that we do have in stock, or if the item is out of stock we will send the order without that item. If an item is essential for you, please email us before placing the order and we will check its availability.  

Retail Section. 

All items listed in our Retail section will be in stock. On occasions however, its possible that an item ordered by customer will be either out of stock or not available in the quantity required. In that event we usually send the quantity that we do have in stock, or if the item is out of stock we will send the order without that item. If an item is essential for you, please email us before placing the order and we will check its availability.

 

Wholesale Section. 

If you place an order before 9am on Monday of any week, then we can dispatch to you on Wednesday or Thursday the same week (except public holiday in UK or Austria, it could be delayed). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on Wednesday or Thursday the week after (Subject to the items being in stock at the Swarovski factory) For the popular colours & sizes it is possible that we will have these in stock with us and can dispatch them out to you straight away. 

For items not currently in stock at the Swarovski factory, we will contact you to let you know which items are not in stock or if you prefer to place a back-ordered for items not currently in stock at the Swarovski factory, you are welcome to do so. 

Please note : Once we have ordered from the factory, the order cannot be cancelled as those items are a custom order. However, if the item that you receive is incorrect, damaged in shipping or improperly manufactured, only then you can return them for a full refund.

Cancellations Policy 

If you wish to cancel an order after making payment you must contact us, as soon as possible by with a subject heading of Order Cancellation. Please include your order number in email. If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus any transaction fee we may have incurred when we processed your payment. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below. If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section below. 

Returns Policy 

Upon receiving your items if you are not satisfied, or the goods did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange or refund your money back (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order, we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.

Any faulty items, incorrect goods can be returned or exchanged - re-delivery in this instance will be free of charge.

** Please Note : All Bespoke/Custom made (Personalised) orders, refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock, as it was custom made to suit your requirements.

When you take delivery please check all your items immediately, If the goods arrive damaged or you receive faulty, incorrect goods, then please contact us as soon as possible, so we are able to make a claim for a refund or replacements.

If you do not contact us within 7 days of you receiving your order about any damaged items, this will mean outside of this period we are not obliged to offer any compensation, money or goods, and cannot be held accountable.

IMPORTANT:

To return or exchange any items, you must first contact us via our contact form (Click Here) to receive a returns code. Please do not return items without our agreement and instructions or without a valid returns code.

Exchange Items 

**Any items sent back for exchange (except faulty, incorrect goods), There will be a charge for the postage for the re-delivery of your items as per our shipping rates** 

Please note : We will not exchange or give a refund, if you have cut or opened the sealed plastic bag or the Swarovski factory packets which contains the crystals (The packet or plastic bag has the details of article, size and quantity on it) or if the crystals are damaged in transit back to us. 

How To Send Items Back : 

- For Rhinestones Components. 

You are responsible for both the postage and the goods when returning items to us. We suggest that if the items that you need to send back & the value is not over £36 please send back by Recorded delivery, if the value of beads or crystal components order is more than £36 please send back via Royal Mails Special Delivery service as the items will then be insured should they get lost or damaged, and you will also have proof of posting, please be aware that we cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel. 

 When you return the items to us, please use bubble wrap for all crystals and beads to avoid any damage from transit. If they are in perfect condition we will then credit your account within 2 working days. 

 

- For Jewellery 

You are responsible for both the postage and the goods when returning items to us. We suggest that you , please send back all jewellery via Royal Mails Special Delivery Service as Jewellery will not be insured with Recorded Delivery, so the items will then be insured should they get lost or damaged and you will also have proof of posting, please be aware that we cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel. When you return the jewellery to us, please make sure that jewellery had been pack well to avoid any damage from transit. If they are in perfect condition we will then credit your account within 2 working days.

Refund. 

If you paid via Paypal, we will refund your money back in to Paypal. If you pay by Cheque or bank transfer, we will refund by bank transfer, which will take 3 or up to 7 days. 

Privacy Policy 

Crystal Beads LLP is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website; you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. 

 Your Credit / Debit card payment information is processed by PayPal or Barclays on their secure sites. If payment is successes, you will receive an email to confirm that your payment is successful. 

 We do not store your financial details. We may collect the following information: Name, address, phone including email address (Only to be used as a part of contact to process your order). We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure, we do not disclose your information to unauthorized access and third parties. 

Cookies are allowing web applications to respond to you as an individual, we used cookie that necessary for service while you are shopping with us to identify order ID for each customer.

This website may contain links to other websites of interest. Once you have used these links and leave this site, please be aware that we do not have any control over that website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites as they are not governed by this privacy statement.
