We run our business by the policies we have set out in our terms and conditions which enables us to provide the customer with the best possible service possible. Please take the time to read these terms and conditions so that you understand the way our business works

The pictures of the colours for the Jewellery, Crystals, Pearls and Components shown on this website are to be used as a reference guide only, as variations in Computers, Monitors, Printers and internet browsers, combined with the difficulty in photographing the Jewellery, Crystals, Pearls etc, we cannot guarantee that the colours in the pictures will look exactly the same as the actual colours of the real crystals or pearls you will receive, as there are always variations in the colours, from size to shape the colour for one size can look very different to the next size up, also when they are being made and going through production this is not 100% consistent and there can be different variations in colour from batch to batch.

Whilst we have tried our very best to make them as true as possible. If you are unsure about colours, we suggest you purchase some samples beads so you can be sure of your colour choice.

(** Please Note Any order for Beads or components valued more than £34 in case loss or damage the max refund will only be £34, For jewellery losses or damage, no refund or replacement will be offered as there is no insurance for Jewellery with this service **)

Delivery Detail

  • We will dispatch all orders for Beads within 48 hours after you placing an order and us receiving payment for your order, we will confirm all orders via email with the exact shipping day for your order. If your items are not be in stock on the day that you have placed an order, we will send the other items that are currently in stock out first and inform you the day that we expect the item will be in stock during the next 7 - 10 days, in this case we not charge for extra post cost, however if you unable to wait a refund will be offer.


  • For Jewellery - shipping out the same day is possible, or not over 7 working days, it depends on how busy we are as all Jewellery is Handmade to order.

  • For Beads (Components Only) if you place an order before 12 noon Monday - Friday and before 9 am on Saturday, Your order will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received after the above times will be shipped out the next day

  • Special Delivery Guaranteed Next working Day not including Weekends and Bank Holidays, is available for orders placed before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday ( Orders on Friday are not Guaranteed for Next Day, but normally 80% will arrive on the Saturday, Royal Mail Guarantee for the Monday)

  • We are unable to do anything about delays or missing packages until 15 working days has elapsed, this is not our policy but Royal Mails, they will not look for or process any claims until 15 days has past from the date of posting. All parcels will require a signature. If you are not in a card will be left to say where your parcel can be picked up from.

    The customer is responsible to arrange for collection or re-delivery. Any parcels not collected and returned to us will be sent out again, but a postage charge for re-delivery will apply and must be paid before the parcel is resent. However, if you do not wish to have the goods sent out to you again we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping costs, a restocking fee of £2.00 will also apply

Wholesale Order for Beads and Crystal Components.

Once you place an order, we will check stock directly with the Swarovski factory (for the popular colours or sizes its possible that we will have these in stock with us) and we will inform you to let you know if the items that you have ordered are not in stock with us, but its showing as being in stock at the Swarovski Factory, if we place an order with the factory they will be with you within 7 - 12 business days.

For items not currently in stock at the Swarovski factory, we will contact you to let you know which items are not in stock and recalculate the total cost minus the item/s that are not in stock, or if you prefer to place a backorder for items not currently in stock at the Swarovski factory, you are welcome to do so.

Returns Policy

You can return the jewellery or Beads and we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge. Upon receiving your jewellery or Beads, if you are not satisfied, or the jewellery did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange the jewellery, or refund your money (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order.

To return any jewellery or Beads to us, you must first please contact us immediately via Email

When returning your jewellery, we will also appreciate hearing your reasons for the return, so we can better improve our store for the future. Your account will be credited as soon as with in 30 days, after we receive the returned goods and they have been checked for damage and for signs of the jewellery being worn, if damaged then no refund will be given, if worn then only a part refund may be offered.

** Please Note: All Bespoke/Custom made orders (Personal Requests) Refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock as its custom made to suit your requirements. Updated 17/06/07

Custom Made  = Any item where the colours of the Crystals – Pearls – Seed beads  etc have been changed from what is shown on the web, this also includes where the Size has been changed at your request, smaller or bigger.

How To Send The Items Back : Please send back jewellery via Royal Mails Special Delivery Service, for beads if the items that you need to send back & the value is not over £34 please send back by Recorded delivery (Beads & Components only NO Jewellery as it will not be insured with Recorded Delivery) if the value of te Beads order is more than £34 please send back via Royal Mails Special Delivery service as the item/s Jewellery or Beads) will then be insured should they get lost or damaged , and you will also have proof of posting. We cannot give a refund if we do not receive your parcel.

**Any items sent back for exchange, There will be a charge for the postage for the re-delivery of your items as per our shipping rates**

IMPORTANT: To receive a full refund, the jewellery or beads must be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received within 7 days of you receiving your order. Do not throw the packaging away until you're sure you want to keep the jewellery. Please do not wear the jewellery if you intend to return it. We cannot resell jewellery that has already been used. We are unable to accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. If you have bought earrings with a set then the set also cannot be returned.

** Please note : when purchasing any of the complete (sealed) swarovski factory packets, it is our policy that we will not exchange or give a refund if the packet has been opened **

When you take delivery Please Check all your items straight away, If you're Jewellery or beads arrive damaged..., then you must please contact us immediately in the same day you take delivery of your goods, so we can be able to make a claim for a refund or replacements.

If you do not contact us about any damaged items on the same day you take delivery this breaks our terms as laid out in the Crystal Beads - Jewellery Shop Returns Policy, this will mean we are not obliged to offer any compensation, money or goods, and cannot be held accountable.

Privacy Policy

We do not pass on or sell your email address or any other information with anyone.

Your Credit & Debit card payment information is processed by PayPal or Nochex on their secure sites. Your payment is then sent to us, we do not receive any Credit or Debit card information from PayPal or Nochex, that information stays within PayPal or Nochex depending on which service you have used.
