Welcome to our online store, suppliers of SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS, Swarovski Crystal beads - Swarovski Crystal Pearls - Swarovski Rhinestones - Swarovski Sew on Stones. We Guarantee all of the Crystals we sell on this site are genuine Swarovski made in Austria or SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS brand. The price you see is the price you pay.
How do we process you order?
If you place an order before 9am on Monday of any week, then we can dispatch to you on Wednesday or Thursday the same week (except public holiday in UK or Austria, it could be delayed). Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on Wednesday or Thursday the week after (Subject to the items being in stock at the Swarovski factory) For the popular colours & sizes its possible that we will have these in stock with us and can dispatch them out to you straight away.
For items not currently in stock at the Swarovski factory, we will contact you to let you know which items are not in stock or if you prefer to place a back-ordered for items not currently in stock at the Swarovski factory, you are welcome to do so.
How long for delivery?
Normally, if we have stock with us then we will be able to deliver the next day, however if we do not have stock with us we will need to order in from factory for you, this will take on average 5 - 10 business days for UK orders. For Europe we send by international registered post and this takes 10 - 18 business days. (After payment has been received )
Can you change or cancel your order?
Once we have ordered from the factory and the item/s have been shipped out from factory, we are unable to exchange or cancel your order as those items are a custom order.
