Returns Policy 

Upon receiving your items if you are not satisfied, or the goods did not meet your expectations for any reason, we will be glad to either exchange or refund your money back (your choice), as long as its within 7 days of you receiving your order, we will refund the full cost of the item/s, minus the shipping charge. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items.

Any faulty items, incorrect goods can be returned or exchanged - re-delivery in this instance will be free of charge.

** Please Note : All Bespoke/Custom made (Personalised) orders, refunds will not be given for bespoke items as they cannot be resold as normal stock, as it was custom made to suit your requirements.

When you take delivery please check all your items immediately, If the goods arrive damaged or you receive faulty, incorrect goods, then please contact us as soon as possible, so we are able to make a claim for a refund or replacements.

If you do not contact us within 7 days of you receiving your order about any damaged items, this will mean outside of this period we are not obliged to offer any compensation, money or goods, and cannot be held accountable.


To return or exchange any items, you must first contact us via our contact form (Click Here) to receive a returns code. Please do not return items without our agreement and instructions or without a valid returns code.

Please note : For items not in stock. (Pre-order) cannot be returned.

Once we have ordered from Swarovski, the order cannot be cancelled as those items are a custom order. However, if the item that you receive is incorrect, damaged in shipping or improperly manufactured, only then you can return them for a full refund or exchange. So please ensure that you order the correct items.
